Yugen is a collection of poems about Nature and the human spirit. It is a book that talks about finding meaning in pain and how people grow through difficult times. It is based on the Japanese idea of “Yugen” and shares poems that encourage readers to think, slow down and see the quiet side of life.

Naheed Hassan is a Pakistani poet and researcher pursuing her M.Phil. in English Linguistics and Literature at COMSATS University Islamabad. She is inspired by mysticism and the beauty of the human soul & writes to give voice to emotions often left unspoken, blending depth and serenity in her words.
