She holds an MBA from the University of Bedfordshire in the United Kingdom - through distance learning.
She also has practical experience of 19 years.
She worked in investment institutions and held various positions such as: Marketing Specialist and Director of Marketing and Business Development until she reached the position of General Manager in 2013.
She dedicated her time entirely to freelance work and established two brands in the field of marketing: Mint Marketing, which specializes in providing design services to companies and government institutions, through which it helped establish 85 local and Arab projects. The other brand is under her personal name (Issra Ahmed), through which she provides workshops and marketing consultations for entrepreneurs.
