RETURN POLICY
- Returns are only applicable if purchased directly from Austin Macauley Publishers FZE, and are not applicable on sales made by retailers and distributors.
- If the item(s) has been damaged in the during shipment or delivery, you may return the item(s) and be issued a replacement. In the event that you require a replacement, you must first contact us and then return the item to us within 14 days of having initially received it. Austin Macauley Publishers reserves the right to charge any additional cost if the order is not returned within 14 days of the date on which we confirmed that a replacement would be issued.
- In the event of requiring an exchange for a wrongly-sent item, to be entitled to an exchange, you must, first, contact us and then return the item within 14 days of having initially received it. Austin Macauley Publishers reserve the right to charge for the incorrect item if it has not been returned within 14 days of the date on which we confirmed that a replacement will be issued.
- No return will be applicable if 7 days have passed since the delivery of the item.

REFUND POLICY
- Refunds are only applicable if the items have been purchased directly from Austin Macauley Publishers FZE; refunds are not applicable on sales made by retailers and/or distributors.
- Our returns guarantee means that if, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.
- We will also be happy to refund the delivery charge if the return is a result of an error made on our part. This will not affect your statutory rights.
- No refund will be applicable after the expiration of 7 days after the item has been delivered.
