The book in our hands is the first edition of a series on social research, which consists of three books that will be published successively. The Arab Awakening Library is responsible for supervising the publication of this research series, in continuation of its pioneering role in this field, in order to spread community awareness of societal issues and their treatment. Which represents part of its main goals.

The focus of this book revolves around emphasizing the importance of scientific knowledge, raising the level of human knowledge, and activating its role in developing society, thus achieving the well-being of society and improving the social conditions of its individuals. This is, in fact, the goal and basic field of scientific research.

Dissecting the systematic system of theoretical concepts is given the utmost importance in this book, so the meanings are determined and the similarities and differences between them are identified, while adhering as much as possible to accuracy, clarity, and logical sequence, and relying on the selection of specialized literature in the study of social and humanitarian research.

There is no doubt that the relationship between interest in scientific knowledge and the prosperity of the civilization of nations has been proven throughout historical times.

The Little Nurse

Hima stumbled and injured her knees while she was running with her friends. She cried from pain. Blood started to flow increasingly. The novel is the first part of the series "The Ancients". It is an adventure of the members of the "Sinjway" tribe - who lived in Africa thousands of years ago - The novel is told through their awareness rather than their minds, and explains how these conflicts have shaped the human desire, and that all pivotal events in human life are inherited in human genes.

The novel explains the role of perception in creating myths, forming morals, and shaping human desires, and that every human behavior stems from instinctive accumulations that man has inherited through the ages.

Some chapters of the novel take the mind away to explain the origin of the universe and life from an imaginary perspective, to reflect that there are still new ideas that the human mind can present, and that there are many philosophical problems inside our minds that we have not yet answered.

The people who view our Islamic heritage realize that it is rich in precious. For it filled the whole world with knowledge until the end of time. However, through time, it has been in resemblance with other publications. These books are full of legends and superstitions which damaged that heritage. As a result, it has become our duty to examine and study it according to modern science and knowledge. As the title of the book, Between Heritage and Modernity, suggests, the book compares the issues of creation (the universe/humans) as stated in heritage books and interpretations of the Quran and what accompanied them of mistakes, as well as the statements and opinions of contemporary scientists. These books got very popular, which in turn misled thousands after thousands of Muslims against their religion because they assumed that the content of those books is the goal of the text, and then argued without knowledge through those books and not through the goals and purposes of the text.

A search for existential answers to eternal questions, and the difficulties and disappointments that emanated from this search, along with the fear and loss accompanied with the sacrifice that may be voluntary, imposed or inevitable, and the need for forgiveness as a way to reach internal peace and eternal rest.

Pain And Hope

The book is a series of rules of self-care. It explains the essence of the mind, refinement and development of the soul and the mind, and it also contains my personal experiences. I mentioned them in the book for you to benefit from them. The book explains how to reach goals without complication and despair, as well as the role of meditation in a person’s life and its valuable results to achieve goals. It highlights the application of the noble human laws for which we were created, to reconstruct the Earth, and to enjoy eternal tranquillity.

The importance of this book lies in the fact that it is the first Arabic text which deals with administrative and organizational games, and it is the product of research and exploration, reading and translation, linking and summarizing more than one hundred and forty references between books and articles, examination, and study.
