Absolution

Absolution is a historical romance novel that takes from history its darkest and most oppressed periods to reflect on the current reality, which is no less dark than the previous realities.

A search for existential answers to eternal questions, and the difficulties and disappointments that emanated from this search, along with the fear and loss accompanied with the sacrifice that may be voluntary, imposed or inevitable, and the need for forgiveness as a way to reach internal peace and eternal rest.

Dr. Gosoon Falih Ibrhaeem was born in Baghdad, Iraq. She is an Iraqi doctor who lived in the time of wars and crises that the Iraqi people have experienced, in addition to the personal wars she has fought.

She is the mother of two sons, and she was able, after hard effort, to save her children and herself, and get out of Iraq to safety, and now the time has come for her to publish her writings and ideas.
