Let’s imagine that the universe is a living being, and in truth, this imagination is not entirely far from reality. Cosmology has revealed many truths that support this concept. The beginning of the universe started from a tiny point we call “the singularity,” akin to the first cell carrying within it the “genetic code” for everything to come: energy, matter, time, and space. Since that point launched, the universe has been anything but still; everything within it suggests life—galaxies spinning in continuous motion, stars dying and others being born, black holes swallowing everything that approaches them, while the entire universe expands relentlessly into the unknown.
In fact, the resemblance between the story of the universe’s creation and that of humanity is striking. In both cases, we can observe a phase of “embryonic life.” For the universe, this stage lasted for nearly five hundred million years and culminated in the birth of the first generation of stars, which truly represents the genesis of the universe. Following this, stages occurred during which generations of stars formed, leading to organic growth and the functional preparation of the universe that took about nine billion years. Afterward, the universe was ready for the formation of the solar system, and subsequently, the preparation for life on one of its planets.
This is not a philosophical perspective but a realistic description based on scientific evidence according to the Big Bang theory.
This book is a journey for ordinary people, like you and me, who seek to understand the scientific truth behind our existence.
We will explore the miraculous aspects that fill this magnificent universe, from its smallest atoms to its massive galaxies, and no one with a fair and sound logic can deny that behind this marvelous design lies a creative Creator.
