Austin Macauley Publishers is an internationally recognised publisher. Our Rights Department aims to get our titles into as many different territories, formats and languages as possible so that our authors are continuing to reach new readers, and we can generate new revenue for them. We have an extensive selection of titles ranging from award-winning children’s books to historical fiction and non-fiction, biography and memoirs, to young adults, contemporary and novels.
We also work across the backlist extensively. We welcome any enquiry.
Rights
Our Rights Department works to expand our books into other markets including:
- US rights: publish our books in the US.
- Film and TV rights: turn our books into films or television programmes.
- Serial rights: publish extracts from our titles in newspapers and magazines.
- Audio rights: license our books for audio recordings and broadcast.
- Translations: buy rights to translate our UK titles into other languages.
Licensing
We work on a global scale and are always welcome to enquiries as to how we can work together and grow our brand in international markets.
Permissions
If you would like to reproduce an extract or image/cover from one of our books, use one of our books as a prop, or request permission to photocopy or record a non-dramatic voice reading of the text of a book, you will need a permission. Please email to: rights@austinamacauley.com
