Fabrice Jaumont to be Awarded with The Foreign Language Advocate Award 2020

Fabrice Jaumont has been recognized as a powerful advocate for language learning and immersion programs across the globe. On Friday 14th February 2020, he will be presented with The Foreign Language Advocate Award which is awarded yearly in memory of the long-time secretary-treasurer of the Northeast Conference on the Teaching of Foreign Languages. Jaumont will be the first French National to be presented with this prestigious award, joining a long list of previous winners including the Hon. Paul Simon, President Jimmy Carter, the Hon. J. William Fulbright, Sesame Street, blues musician Taj Mahal, and journalist Diane Rehm.

We at Austin Macauley are very proud to be the publishers of Fabrice Jaumont‘s Arabic translation of The Bilingual Revolution which is conceived as a practical, accessible “how-to” guide detailing the story of a movement to bring dual language education to public schools, told through the eyes of founding parents and educators.

Fabrice Jaumont has over 25 years of experience in international education and works as an Education Attaché for the Embassy of France to the United States, helping them develop high-quality bilingual education programmes in local public schools. Jaumont will be awarded for his years of hard work during the Northeast Conference award ceremony at the New York Hilton Midtown.
