Vortex of Memories is a story of Emily, a fifteen-year-old girl who lost her memory at the age of five after a tragic accident. Emily is troubled by recurring nightmares that never seem to make sense and her father, Edward, keeps her past a secret, believing it’s best she never knows. But when Emily starts university, old memories begin to surface and she slowly finds the truth what her father was trying to hide. What she found changed everything and that forced her to face emotions…she never knew existed.

Sahar Saleh, 25, is a graduate of the College of Art Education at Umm Al-Qura University in Makkah. She loves painting, writing and trying different forms of art. Vortex of Memories is her first novel, a proud achievement that tells about her creativity and determination despite life’s challenges.
