Before and After Becoming a Mother is not just a guide to childcare or parenting techniques. Instead, it focuses more on the emotional side of motherhood - the part many women experience but rarely talk about. In this book, Sara shares talk about the feelings that can happen before, during and after becoming a mother. She highlights what women should be aware of when considering motherhood and offers thoughts every mother may relate to. It’s a book meant to be read before having children.

Sara Zeidan holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science and information systems from Taibah University. She graduated with honors and later earned her master’s degree in Australia. Sara graduated with a Gold Medal and ranked among the top 15 students of the year. She also has keen interest in childhood development which led her to pursue a Montessori diploma from AMI in Cairo, along with multiple diplomas in international school education and teaching. She has taught at the university level, worked in educational consulting and developed several technology projects.
