"Adventures with January and Friends" is a story about January, an adventurous and determined cat that learns what true friendship means. Accompanied by his friends Zara and Shadow, he embarks on amazing journeys and learns a lot of things about friendship, being kind, honest, curious, respectful, and compassionate. The story has many touching moments and interesting discoveries and teaches kids the value of taking care of others while having fun. 

Dr. Amal Salim Al Halyan is a former child psychiatrist who has found inspiration in her adopted cat named January. Her stories aim at delivering significant lessons to children in a fun-loving manner, through which she wishes to teach children about the values of empathy and resilience.
