Our Author Dr. Wafaa Helmi Ayesh will be joining the Doha International Book Fair for the signing of her book Food Miracles With Wafaa on Thursday, 21 May 2026 at 20:00. The event will take place at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center, DECC, Doha.

Dr. Wafaa Helmi Ayesh is a consultant in clinical nutrition and president of the Middle East Conference on Enteral and Parenteral Nutrition. She has contributed to the development of food policies and nutrition programs in the UAE. Her achievements include launching the Clinical Nutrition Department at the Dubai Health Authority and chairing the International Nutrition Conference in Dubai. She brings three decades of experience in this vital field.
