Dr. Abdullah Abduljabbar will join us at the Jeddah International Book Fair for a book signing of When Can I Say I Am A Successful Leader? on Wednesday, 17 December 2025 at 20:00. The signing will take place at Jeddah Superdome at stand R1. Visitors will have the chance to meet the author, talk with him about leadership and work life and receive a signed copy of the book during the event.

When Can I Say I Am A Successful Leader? Is a book that focuses on the human side of organisations and how people take success or failure. The book tells us how things like planning, quality, decision making and long-term direction...All of it depends on leadership. It highlights the need for careful staff development and fair policies. The book also explains the difference between leadership and management, which shows that not every manager is a true leader. Dr. Abdullah Abduljabbar is a Saudi national born in Jeddah in 1964. He holds a PhD in Industrial Engineering, earned in 2013. He has more than twenty-five years of experience in management. His previous works include What Wasn’t Written About Office Management and The Reverse Theory in Learning Managerial Methods.
