You remain a normal person with normal problems until routine and monotony kill you, and you find yourself caught up in an international whirlwind and the underworld of decision-making, wishing you could return to routine and monotony.

The novel poses a clear question about what is more likely to kill you: routine or unexpected adventures.

Furat Kanaan, an electrical engineer from outside the literary world, had not read many books and had never written anything before.

His life experience had been a harsh struggle, from studying in Baghdad and witnessing the war to returning to Jordan, where he faced alienation, hardship, and fatigue.

The idea for the novel came to him, and when he finished the draft, it was extremely cunning and malicious, so he decided to publish it.
