This is a collection of poems written as a response towards the incidents that transpired in the span of 11 months which were a transition point for me.

These 11 months shaped my thoughts, my beliefs and tested my sanity in different ways. The poems were written at the airport stairs, where endless thoughts have fallen.

Shoaq A. Aljuhani was born and raised in Medina, Saudi Arabia. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in languages and translation: English language, with honors.
She enjoys reading the work of old English eras, she rarely reads the work of modern times. She started writing her first book, Twenty-Five, in 2018. It was welcomed by a number of publishing houses across the world.

Her motto in life is:
“I don’t want to end up like Norah, from A Doll’s House.”
