Between the Western Desert and the European Forests, Tariq, a young Libyan refugee, finds himself unexpectedly thrust into fame and wealth. Fragments of memories from his war-torn homeland of Misratah and the Arab Spring resurface, intertwining with a mysterious tale of two German friends navigating a shattered country after World War I.

In a gripping tale that weaves between 2011 Libya and 1920s Germany, The Fragments of Memory weaves together past, present, and future as it explores the consequences of revolution, the elusive nature of fame, and the lingering scars of war. Tariq’s journey is haunted by the echoes of history, as his life becomes inexplicably linked with a century-old adventure. In this tale of identity and survival, the past seems to hold the key to his fate.

Can Tariq untangle the mysteries of his sudden rise to fame? And what do the forgotten stories of post-war Germany have to do with his own? The Fragments of Memory is a captivating exploration of how the remnants of history shape our present and our future.
