The squirrel is hungry, and although he has a fresh and delicious apple, he refuses to eat it, and is constantly looking for reasons to postpone eating it.
He eats grass instead of the apple, although the grass does not satisfy him, and when the mouse agrees to share food with him, he agrees in turn, but soon withdraws and breaks the agreement.
The squirrel's adventures continue, and his chances of eating the apple increase, but he postpones eating it again and again.
Is the squirrel going to eat the apple?  When do you think he will eat it?
