This book talks about the human self and how to confront it, which requires sincerity, determination and ambition. It also requires being away from despair and crowned with humility and hope, and working to make constructive decisions based on emotional intelligence. Thus, satisfaction and happiness can be reached in human life.I was inspired by these ideas and messages, and then presented them through videos made in a car over a period of three years. Now I have compiled them in this book. Due to my contact with the public on Snapchat, with the female element in particular, I wanted to document this for the benefit of everyone, and hope that it finds acceptance, God willing.
