Excellent Book. Everything you could want to know from psychology of eating, to what drinks (non alcoholic) to have, what supplements and when to take, prebiotics, GLP1 drugs, allergies, nutrients and fasting. Helpful summaries in each chapter too and a whole book summary if you want to dip in and out too.
