Al Bahja Steit
Bahja State is a writer, children’s storyteller, translator and researcher in Arab heritage and global archives.
She has many writings and translations of articles on historical secrets related to the Arab world that have never been published before, in addition to translations of books about real events in the history of the Arab region and the Gulf, including Pearl Fishermen, and others about the era of the sultans, A Frenchwoman in the Sultan’s Harem, and the Ottomans, The Story of the Captivity of Mrs. Martin in Algiers, and other secrets of the harem, and buried facts about the French occupation of Algeria written by a German historian on the testimony of an eyewitness who participated in the campaign and occupation of Algeria in 1830.
The Algerian newspaper Al-Khabar specialized in publishing most of her historical articles, some of which history has never bothered to mention.
