Dr. Khaled Bin Mohammed Manzlawiy
Dr. Khaled bin Mohammed Manzlawiy was born and raised in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Throughout his distinguished career, he has held various diplomatic posts representing the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in Kenya, Washington, D.C., Geneva, New York, and at the League of Arab States in Cairo. He holds a Ph.D. in international relations from the Geneva School of Diplomacy and International Relations in Switzerland. He earned a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from the Harvard Kennedy School and a Master of International Policy and Practice (MIPP) from the Elliott School of International Affairs at George Washington University. Dr. Manzlawiy also holds a Bachelor of Arts in political science and a master’s degree in economics from King Abdulaziz University.
