Engineer Abdullah bin Mahfouz was born in the city of Khobar, Saudi Arabia, and grew up in the city of Jeddah until he graduated from King Abdulaziz University. He had the opportunity to practice engineering in his work in Dammam in front of diverse audiences, as if he were in a large laboratory experimenting with the applications of engineering and the arts of literature practically.
