Dr. Wafaa Helmy Ayesh is a consultant in clinical nutrition and president of the Middle East Conference on Enteral and Parenteral Nutrition.

She has made significant contributions to the development of food policies and the leadership of nutrition programs in the UAE.

Her achievements include launching the Clinical Nutrition Department at the Dubai Health Authority and chairing the International Nutrition Conference in Dubai.

She has accumulated three decades of experience in this vital field.
