Dr. Saeed Almansoori

Dr. Saeed Al Mansouri is the Director of the Remote Sensing Department at the Mohammed Bin Rashid Space Centre.

He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Communications Engineering from Khalifa University in 2010 and his Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the American University of Sharjah (AUS) in 2016.

In 2024, he received his PhD in Computer Science from the British University in Dubai.

His research interests include signal and image processing, artificial intelligence, remote sensing, and geographic information systems.

He was awarded the title of Best Leader in Remote Sensing in the Middle East for 2025.

He is a Senior Member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and a Fellow of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET).

He has authored more than 100 research papers published in international conferences and journals.
