Dr. Naser Abdullatif AlHammadi

Dr. Naser Abdullatif Bin Hammad, Head of International Relations at the  UAE Space Agency, brings over 24 years of extensive experience in  international diplomacy in the telecommunications and space sectors. He  holds a PhD in Diplomacy and International Relations from the Geneva  School of International Relations, an Executive MBA degree from Zayed  University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering with  First-Class Honors from Khalifa University (known before as Etisalat College  of Engineering). Currently, he is pursuing a Master’s of Art degree in  Diplomatic Leadership and international affairs program at the Anwar  Gergash Diplomatic Academy.  A certified trainer with the Emirates Association of Trainers and a life coach,  Dr. Naser is also the author of the book “Reengineering Space and  Telecommunications Diplomacy”. He is an expert in body language and  physiognomy and a professional negotiator certified by the German Schranner  Negotiation Institute for crisis and hostage negotiations. In recognition of his  contributions, he was awarded the Silver Medal by the Secretary-General of  the International Telecommunication Union in Dubai in 2018.
