Engr. Nasser Abdul-Latif Bin Hammad

M. Nasser Abdul Latif bin Hammad PhD researcher in diplomacy and international relations. He holds an Executive MBA in Business Administration and a BA with First Class Honors in Communications Engineering. Certified trainer from the Emirates Association of Management Consultants and Trainers. The first Emirati and Gulf country to win the honour of being elected and representing the country for membership in the Radio Regulations Board of the International Telecommunication Union in 2014. He was honoured with a silver medal from the Secretary-General of the International Telecommunication Union in 2018, for his effective contribution to strengthening the state's presence in the organization.
