Khalid is a young Emirati boy who reads with passion. Before he wrote this book, he met with Polly Ho-Yen, the writer of Boy in the Tower, who encouraged him to keep writing his book. It was very challenging but worth trying. Khalid wants to encourage kids to try to write because it is really fun.
