Dr. Ali Mistrihi

Dr. Ali Mistrihi has been working as an Assistant Professor of Public Administration at the Doha Institute for Graduate Studies in Qatar since 2015. He holds a Ph.D. in Management from Griffith University, Australia, and a Bachelor and Master’s in Public Administration from Yarmouk University. Prior to joining the Doha Institute, he served as Assistant Professor at the Public Administration Department at Yarmouk University in Jordan and was the Head of the Department between 2012 and 2014, during which he also chaired the Master’s Program in Management and Public Administration. Dr. Mistrihi has also served as a Teaching Assistant at the Department of Management Studies, University of Griffith, Australia, in 2010. Prior to that, he was the Acting Director of the Commercial Studies Branch and the senior instructor at the Technical and Administrative Training Institute (TATI) in Oman between 2000 and 2007. Dr. Mistarihi has a special interest in developing public sector institutions in the Arab world, in both theory and practice.
