Hilda Mahmoud Amro, a Palestinian born in Kuwait, witnessed the impact of war like many children in the Middle East. It was during this time that she realized adults do not always make the right decisions, and thus began her journey with anger and rejection. This child, carrying her negative emotions, went through various experiences and made decisions independently, without seeking help. Thanks to her sense of rejection, she found it easy to say no and change her decisions, constantly opening new doors for herself. Yes, sometimes negativity is useful and needed – imagine that!
